countryside, the fishery is overlooked by the village of Napton and
provides a peaceful and relaxing environment
Apart from the excellent mixed sport you can
experience on Willow Pool and Widgeon Pool, Dog Lane Fishery also
caters for the angler looking for big carp. The Grebe Lake, situated
at the centre of the complex, contains carp and catfish to 40lb and
responds all year round to anglers looking to catch big fish. Most
of the small fish have been removed from this lake so you can be
sure when your buzzers sound, a big carp is most likely to be the
culprit.
